Almeida Brothers Start Today Their Camp for GB Dana Point Jiu-Jitsu Students
Today at 6.00pm the most committed students of Gracie Barra Dana Point Jiu-Jitsu will gather at Gracie Barra Dana Point Jiu-Jitsu for the first of six training sessions that build our Black belt Week.
Professor Ricardo Almeida and Professor Flavio Almeida are working with our teaching staff to make the most out of each class. To register all you need to do is RSVP the specific event on GB Dana Point and GB San Clemente Facebook Pages.
Here is summary of classes this week:
- Monday: Advanced Self Defense 6.00 to 7.30pm at Gracie Barra Dana Point Jiu-Jitsu
- Tuesday: Auxiliary Guards 6.00 to 7.30pm at Gracie Barra San Clemente Jiu-Jitsu
- Wednesday: Closed Guard 12.00 to 1.30pm at Gracie Barra San Clemente Jiu-Jitsu
- Wednesday: Submissions 6.00 to 7.30pm at Gracie Barra Dana Point Jiu-Jitsu
- Thursday: No Gi Take Downs 6.00 to 7.30pm at Gracie Barra San Clemente Jiu-Jitsu
- Friday: BJJ for MMA Class from 5 .00 to 6.30pm at Gracie Barra San Clemente Jiu-Jitsu
