Gracie Barra Dana Point Teaches Jiu-Jitsu that Works for Mixed Martial Arts
This Friday at 5.00pm Professor Ricardo Almeida, retired UFC fighter and MMA Champion, will be teaching a special class focused on how to make Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Work for Mixed Martial Arts.
GB Dana Point and Laguna Niguel Martial Arts Students should not miss this class because it will enhance their self defense skills to be able to deal with a well trained opponent.
